"Queenslander Done Right"

With a commanding corner block and sweeping city views, this beautiful Queenslander was a worthy candidate for a complete renovation, and the owners didn't hold back. They engaged Code Red Smart Technology early in the renovation process, allowing us to carefully manage each aspect of technology right from the start.

Lighting is handled by an extensive Dynalite lighting control system. We worked closely with the owners to ensure each and every light switch was intuitive and perfectly customised to their lifestyle. An array of motion sensors, schedules and scenes work together to bring the lighting design to life, seamlessly and automatically. With integrated blind control throughout for both sheer and block out blinds, the owners can easily drift between bright and open or closed and private.

A commercial grade D-Link network distributes high speed internet throughout the large home. Featuring high resolution Hikvision CCTV as well as a customised and fully integrated Inner Range burglar alarm and access control system, the home is secure as well, offering privacy and peace of mind.

Samsung Smart TVs including several Frame TVs are spread throughout house, with Sonos sound bars making for a clean setup with fantastic audio. Sonos subwoofers and amplifiers complete the AV system, powering a number of in-ceiling speakers throughout the house.

Pulling it all together is a fully customised RTI control system with iPhone, iPad and fixed touch screen control for all features of the smart home. We really believe we do these control systems well and this one is one of our best, with all aspects customised and tested with the owners right down to the smallest detail leaving operation quick, simple and intuitive.
